Evert Jan Mink has worked in a wide variety of settings in Operations, Supply Chain or General Management roles. He is an experienced, multtilingual professional consistently delivering results with his teams.  Evert Jan has led projects on factory or distribution network optimisation, automated warehouse construction, divestment, operational excellence projects on Safety, TPM or Lean, complexity reduction, etc.

He started his career in Unilever after graduating in Biochemistry (MSc.) and Business (MBA) and continued his career at Bonduelle.

At  Bonduelle, Evert Jan was the general manager of the Cooperative France Champignon and also oversaw all mushroom activities of Bonduelle. Prior to this position, Evert Jan was the Industrial Director Frozen Vegetables and has been the General Director of Bonduelle Frische Deutschland.

At Unilever, Evert Jan's last position was SVP Supply Chain Frozen Food in the Head Office. He also was Supply Chain Director in Ireland and Spain, in Portugal Ice Cream Technical director, in France Margarine Production Manager, in Spain Refinery Manager, after starting as a management trainee in the Netherlands.
